Technical Support
To place an order with Afia Infotech, client needs to send us a request by simply filling online 'Order Form' through 'Order Now' option to specify initial project requirement details in brief. We accept all the source files including PSD, PNG, JPG, GIF or any other format.
Request Analyzation
After receiving order, our support team will analyze the requirement description of client carefully and if, we find out some missing points then our support team may get back to concerned person requesting to submit other necessary information.
Execution
After evaluation and verification of client requirements, the support team will passes client project request to the dedicated Project Manager for further execution of the project. The Project manager will forward the project along with details to particular markup-developer.
Development
At this phase, our development team actually starts working on the client’s project systematically. During the development process, we take care of pixel-perfect feature, well-commented mark-up and the layout. We use all the advanced tactics to provide the best quality solution.
Testing
After finishing the development, our Q&A (Quality & Assurance) team checks out all the key elements of the solution in order to ensure the best quality and features. The major elements that we consider are performance (loading speed), compatibility support, W3C compliant validation, SEO-friendly, and Pixel-Perfection. If any element seems to be imperfect, then that solution is sent back to the development team for improvement.
Final delivery (zipped)
The final deliverables will be send to the concerned person in zipped folder format via email or FTP upload after approval from QA-team within 8 Working Biz Hours depending on size of the project. Afia Infotech work on the client's project until the utmost satisfaction delivered to the client.
